Mushroom Omelette

Ingredients: 

-200 g - oyster mushrooms

-3 - eggs

-20 g - cooking oil

-powdered black pepper

-salt to taste


Method
  1. Heat 10g of oil in a pan, add the mushrooms and cook until juice runs.
  2. Season with pepper and salt, remove from pan and keep aside. Clean the pan.
  3. Beat the eggs into a bowl, add seasoning.
  4. Heat the pan, add the remaining oil.
  5. Pour the the beaten egg and spread out to make an omelette.
  6. Add the mushrooms when the egg is almost set.
  7. Allow the omelette to cook for 15 seconds.
  8. Serve with bread.
